Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Only written/faxed cancellation will be accepted.

Deposit & Booking Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

For International Foreign Exchange Transactions, a compulsory bank levy of R150,00 ZAR will be charged
